• All bookings depend on airline availability
• Prices may change until ticket issuance
• Payment must be completed for confirmation

2.4 Service Fees

EthioFly service fees are non-refundable.

2.5 Refunds, Changes & Cancellations

• Governed by airline fare rules
• Service fees are non-refundable
• Refunds usually take 7–14 business days

2.6 Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for passports, visas, and travel requirements. EthioFly is not responsible for denied boarding.

2.7 Limitation of Liability

EthioFly is not liable for airline delays, cancellations, lost baggage, immigration issues, or force majeure events.

2.8 Government & Airline Disclaimer

EthioFly is not affiliated with any airline or government authority.

2.9 Future Services

EthioFly may expand to hotels and other travel services in the future.

2.10 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Disputes fall under Ethiopian courts.
